Now that spring is here, my weekends usually consist of shopping, Home Depot runs with my mom, finding good trails to hike around Atlanta and endless grocery store runs. This past weekend we had a cookout and I made these deviled eggs with primal kitchen mayo for an appetizer! I love this mayo because it has no artificial colors, preservatives or ingredients and it tastes good on literally everything!
- 6 – 8 eggs, boiled
- 2-3 Tbsp primal kitchen mayo
- 2 pickles finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Boil eggs and slice. In a small bowl combine egg yolks and remaining ingredients until well mixed. Add mayo gradually until you reach your desired consistency. Stuff egg centers with mayo filling and sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Enjoy!
