This magical creation of a pizza crust is surprisingly delicious. Theres all kinds of pizza recipes out there – crust made from zucchini, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, etc.. but lets be honest, none of them compare to the heavenly taste of a real pizza. Just wait until you try this one. My whole family was shocked when i told them exactly what was in it or that i didn’t even have to let it rise. It probably took all of 15 minutes to make which in my book is a win!
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 – 1 1/2 cups of self rising flour*
* If you use whole wheat, almond or other kind of flour, add 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 3/4 tsp. of salt.
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning (optional)
- olive oil for brushing
Mix all ingredients together until comes together. Knead on a well-floured surface for 5-10 minutes and form into the pizza size and shape you want. Brush with olive oil, add toppings and bake on 450°F for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
My favorite toppings are red tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and basil to make a Margherita pizza. MMM…
